The experience l had with Ray @Mondos was brilliant. I had bought a second hand frameset and all the components for a full build. Ray was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and full of advice and guidance around the build, continually asking questions to ensure he had everything he needed before he started work. Update 04/06/2026 : Had the pleasure of using Mondos Cycle Repairs again and Ray has done an amazing job of repairing my bike after an accident, the customer service you get is second to none. I hightly reccomend using Mondos as you will not get this level of service and knowlegde anywhere else. Just had an old bike serviced by Mondos and it came back running like clockwork and had been thoroughly cleaned. Ray is very knowledgeable and the service includes prompt collection & delivery. Mondos Cycle Repairs was fantastic! My bike was serviced, cleaned and repaired for a very reasonable price. It’s great that the bike is collected and returned to the customer’s house. Efficient and friendly service with clear timescales so you know exactly how long you will be without your bike. Ray communicated reassuringly well throughout with information about anything that he found eg he noticed a small split on the side of one of the tyres and gave the option to have it replaced. I will use Mondos every time in future.
